This is how I feel
So powerless
What you're expecting of me
Is more than I can be
I'm not your puppet
Not invisible
And I'm sick of being nothing
If you would listen
Let the stars glisten
Like they're meant to
You'd see that your life
is not all about you.
You see it's selflessness
that gets you standing tall
And it's selfishness
that eventually lets you fall
to the bottom
the only place where
you start to look up.
